To ensure fast and correct support, please enter the product name, MAC ID (found at the side label) or the Device ID (found on the Netbiter Argos activation paper).

In the description area of the form, enter equipment that is used, and a detailed fault description.

Products that will be sent to HMS Industrial Networks for repair must have a product return number, PRN. Please got to the
Product return form to get your PRN.
