Better history for your support issues

Intellicom Support will improve the handling of support issues. In the first step we will go over to web based system where users and Intellicom Support can interact; discuss, send files & documents and more.

When support is needed for your Netbiter product, just go to our web site,
support.intellicom.se, and aclick Request Support to submit your support issue.
From now on you can follow the specific support issue, and see all answers until the support issue is closed. As customer you can go back and see all your prevoius support issues.

When you submit your first support issue, an account will automatically be created, and all login details will be sent as an e-mail to you.
If you need support again, with a new question, use the login in details and find all your support issues at one place.

This will reduce the response time, and ensure better quality. We will continue our work to improve Intellicom Support, and feedback is more than welcome. Send it as a support issue! :)
